Field Service Representative

Agilent is seeking a Field Service Representative to join our team at 2 Locations. This is a full-time opportunity to deliver technical expertise and customer support directly in the field.

About the Role

As a Field Service Representative, you'll be the technical backbone connecting our customers to Agilent's innovative solutions. You'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair scientific and laboratory equipment at client sites, ensuring peak performance and customer satisfaction. This hands-on position combines technical problem-solving with strong customer engagement, making you essential to our service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission Agilent equipment at customer facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostic troubleshooting on field instruments
• Respond to technical service calls and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Document service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions accurately
• Provide training and technical guidance to customer operators
• Maintain service vehicles and manage field equipment and spare parts
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to escalate complex technical issues

What We're Looking For

• Technical training or certification in electronics, instrumentation, or a related field
• Proven experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or technical support roles
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with analytical instruments or laboratory equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to customer sites as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with technical documentation and service management systems
