#DIGITALCAMPUS – Infrastructure Project Manager – Site Transformation (H/F)

AG is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager – Site Transformation for the #DIGITALCAMPUS initiative in the Marseille Area. This full-time position is pivotal to delivering critical infrastructure modernisation and digital campus development.

About the Role

As Infrastructure Project Manager for #DIGITALCAMPUS, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major site transformation projects. You'll take ownership of complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives whilst maintaining rigorous project governance. This role is central to AG's digital campus expansion, requiring someone who can navigate technical requirements, organisational complexity, and stakeholder priorities with equal confidence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end site transformation projects, from concept through successful delivery
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure optimal project execution
• Coordinate across multiple teams and departments to align infrastructure changes with broader organisational goals
• Monitor project progress against key milestones, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions proactively
• Communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent, regular engagement throughout project lifecycles
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and governance frameworks

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure or site transformation projects
• Strong project management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate complex workstreams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail and delivery discipline
• Organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Fluency in English; French language skills are beneficial
