Position Summary

AG is seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Quality Manager to lead the coordination, management, and continuous improvement of our supply chain and quality assurance functions. In this pivotal role, you'll balance supplier relationships, inventory optimisation, and rigorous quality control to ensure our operations meet the highest standards whilst maintaining cost efficiency. You'll report directly to senior management and serve as a key liaison between procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, supplier management, inventory planning, and demand forecasting
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Identify and execute process improvements to reduce waste, lower costs, and enhance delivery performance
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate vendor performance against agreed KPIs
  • Lead root-cause analysis on quality issues and coordinate corrective actions across teams
  • Prepare and present reports to leadership on supply chain metrics, quality indicators, and operational risks
  • Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimise workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in supply chain management, quality assurance, or operations
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing quality outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, quality frameworks (ISO standards, Six Sigma, or equivalent)
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with supply chain planning software and ERP systems
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are advantageous
