ERP Change Engineer Associate for S/4 Projects (M/F)

Join AG in Toulouse Area as an ERP Change Engineer Associate, where you'll support the design, implementation, and management of SAP S/4HANA system changes across critical enterprise projects. This full-time position offers hands-on experience in enterprise resource planning transformation within a global aerospace and defence organisation.

Position Summary

As an ERP Change Engineer Associate, you'll work within cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth adoption and evolution of our S/4HANA environment. You'll assist in managing change requests, coordinating testing activities, documenting system configurations, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout implementation phases. This role combines technical problem-solving with collaborative communication as you support the delivery of ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis, design, and testing of S/4HANA system changes and enhancements
• Document technical requirements, process flows, and system configurations for change initiatives
• Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth change adoption
• Participate in testing activities, including user acceptance testing and regression testing
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues and validating fixes within the ERP environment
• Maintain change logs, impact assessments, and post-implementation documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of change management processes

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems and SAP concepts
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities in English; French proficiency is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work methodically with complex technical documentation
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in S/4HANA and change management disciplines
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across departments and locations
