AG is seeking an IT Internal Control Consultant to join our team in Lisbon at Airbus Portugal. This is a full-time position working with our internal control and governance functions across IT systems and operations.
Position Summary
As an IT Internal Control Consultant, you'll play a key role in evaluating, testing, and improving the effectiveness of internal controls over information technology systems. You'll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to assess control design, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements that strengthen IT governance and regulatory compliance across our operations in Lisbon.

- Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of IT internal controls
- Conduct control testing and assessments against relevant regulatory and governance frameworks
- Document control procedures, policies, and related process flows
- Identify control weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement control enhancements
- Prepare audit-ready documentation and findings reports
- Support compliance efforts and internal audit activities
What You Bring
- Experience in IT internal controls, audit, or compliance functions
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and control principles
- Strong understanding of IT security, access management, and change control
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, COSO, or ISO standards is a plus
