About the Role
As a Ground Test Tool Shop Technician, you'll take ownership of the maintenance, repair, and calibration of critical ground test equipment at our Mobile Area facility. What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on ground test equipment and tools
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment using technical documentation and schematics
- Conduct calibration and functional testing to verify equipment performance meets specifications
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues quickly
- Prepare tools and equipment for testing operations and ensure readiness for deployment
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards in all shop work
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in equipment maintenance, repair, or technical shop work
