About the Role

This is an opportunity to drive technical excellence and architectural governance at AG, based in the Marseille Area. As Project Leader for MVC Governance & Solution, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-layered technical solutions. You'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on technical decision-making, ensuring solutions adhere to governance frameworks whilst meeting business objectives. This full-time role offers the chance to influence enterprise architecture and lead high-performing technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of MVC-based technical solutions and architecture initiatives
• Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and frameworks across solution development
• Lead cross-functional project teams, defining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and success criteria
• Facilitate technical design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural best practices
• Manage stakeholder communications, reporting progress and addressing risks proactively
• Oversee integration of solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure and systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project leadership, technical programme management, or solution architecture
• Strong understanding of MVC architectural patterns, software design principles, and enterprise governance
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex, multi-phased projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with governance frameworks and compliance within technical environments
• Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous
