Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Join Agilent's logistics team in Winooski as a full-time Shipping & Receiving Clerk, where you'll manage the flow of materials that keep our operations running smoothly.

What This Role Involves

As Shipping & Receiving Clerk at our Winooski, Vermont location, you'll be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring all packages meet quality and compliance standards. Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll be the critical link between our suppliers, customers, and internal teams, handling materials and equipment across multiple departments.

Core Duties

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentation
• Prepare items for shipment by packing, labeling, and arranging packages for carrier pickup
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks safely and efficiently
• Sort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas
• Verify shipping addresses and confirm proper labeling before dispatch
• Collaborate with procurement and fulfillment teams to meet shipping deadlines

Who We're Looking For

• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to read and comprehend shipping labels, purchase orders, and warehouse documentation
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety protocols
• Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license may be required for some position duties
