What This Role Involves

As a Benefits Advisor for Ag2rlamondiale, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients navigating health insurance, supplementary coverage, and provident protection schemes. Your expertise will help individuals and businesses understand their options, optimise their protection, and resolve issues with care and precision. Based in our Marseille office, you'll combine customer service excellence with detailed knowledge of French insurance regulations and product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming client enquiries regarding health insurance, supplementary coverage, and provident fund benefits
• Review and process benefit claims, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution
• Provide personalised guidance on policy options, coverage levels, and eligibility criteria
• Maintain comprehensive client records and update systems with current information
• Respond to documentation requests and support clients through claims appeals if needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure client satisfaction
