About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Field Service Representative to provide on-site installation, maintenance, and technical support for Agilent equipment and solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and commission Agilent instruments and systems at customer facilities
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing troubleshooting support to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services according to manufacturer specifications
  • Document service activities, equipment conditions, and maintenance records in system databases
  • Train customer personnel on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and best practices
  • Coordinate with logistics and engineering teams to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through professional, responsive support

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent technical certification
  • Proven experience in field service, technical support, or equipment installation roles
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and professional customer service orientation
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for customer visits
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule within agreed parameters
  • Technical literacy and comfort learning new systems and software tools
