About This Position

As a Business Data Analyst at AIG, you'll support our business teams by analyzing data trends, identifying patterns, and delivering insights that inform strategic decisions. Working with our data infrastructure, you'll collaborate across departments to understand business requirements and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency. This role is based at our offices—not remote—giving you the opportunity to work directly with cross-functional teams in a structured, professional environment.

Core Duties

• Analyze business data using statistical methods and analytical tools to uncover trends and actionable insights
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings to stakeholders
• Support business teams in defining metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support decision-making processes
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout analysis workflows
• Document methodologies and findings for reproducibility and organizational knowledge

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, SQL, or statistical software
• Experience working with business intelligence platforms or data visualization tools
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
