This is a rare opportunity to lead multi-site operations for a company reimagining how people engage with their health through technology-enabled clinical services.

As Area Director for London, you'll take ownership of regional performance across an existing portfolio of clinics, ensuring consistent member experiences, operational excellence, and team development. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring someone who can translate global standards into local practice while building strong clinic-level leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple London clinic locations, embedding established operating models and service standards while adapting thoughtfully to local context
• Own regional P&L performance and operational KPIs, establishing clear performance rhythms and accountability frameworks
• Build and develop a team of Clinic Leads and Lead Operators, coaching them to translate standards into consistent daily practice
• Ensure premium member experiences across all touchpoints through hospitality-driven culture, quality oversight, and continuous improvement based on feedback and NPS insights
• Partner with Quality and Medical Excellence teams to uphold clinical standards and regulatory compliance, maintaining audit-ready processes and documentation
• Drive workforce planning, staffing models, and scheduling in collaboration with central teams to meet demand patterns
• Serve as primary regional liaison between clinic operations and central functions including Customer Support, Facilities, People Operations, and Talent Acquisition
• Lead new site readiness and openings as the network expands, contributing to market expansion planning and network optimization strategy

What We're Looking For

• Senior operational leadership experience as Area Director, Regional Director, District Leader, or General Manager within premium, consumer-facing, multi-site environments
• Background in healthcare-adjacent services, wellness, fitness, or technology-enabled services with physical operations preferred
• Proven track record implementing and embedding operating models across multiple locations through coaching, accountability, and leadership rather than documentation alone
• Strong experience leading site-level managers and building leadership capability across distributed teams
• Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L ownership, budget management, and regional KPI accountability in scaling organizations
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, particularly during growth phases and organizational change
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable operating in matrixed, fast-paced environments
• Bias toward action, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution with comfort leading through ambiguity
