About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting firm in Germany that is expanding its talent acquisition capabilities. Our client specializes in strategic business advisory services for small and mid-sized organizations, with a strong emphasis on structure, reliability, and personalized client relationships.

As their recruitment partner, we are seeking a Talent Scout / Recruiter who can identify potential in candidates and successfully connect the right people with the right opportunities. This is a 100% remote position based in Germany.

Important requirement: You must have a primary or secondary residence in Germany and a stable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbit) to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

In this role, you won't simply fill open positions—you'll identify and attract the people who will shape our client's future. You'll manage the complete recruiting cycle from job posting through successful placement.

• Source and attract qualified talent for open positions across the organization
• Develop creative job advertisements and publish them on appropriate platforms
• Review applications, identify potential, and conduct qualified pre-screening
• Conduct telephone and digital initial interviews and candidate conversations
• Actively contribute to employer branding, talent development, and social media recruiting initiatives
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate openly, respectfully, and professionally
• Structured, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Natural ability to recognize potential and read people effectively
• Openness to digital tools, modern working methods, and new ideas
• Residence in Germany (primary or secondary) - this is mandatory
• Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbit/s

Prior recruiting experience is valuable but not required—we're looking for the right personality and aptitude.

Work Arrangement

This is a flexible, fully remote position with the following characteristics:

• 100% remote work from anywhere in Germany
• Flexible scheduling—starting from approximately 8-15 hours per week
• Part-time, full-time, or independent contractor arrangements available
• Modern digital tools with structured processes and short decision-making chains
• Ongoing training in recruiting, communication, and organizational skills

Pay

Compensation for this role is performance-based with attractive development and earning potential. The client indicates an illustrative monthly income range of approximately €530 to €1,650, depending on qualifications, effort, activity level, and professional development.
