Working Student – Customer Service & Support

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Working Student to join their Customer Service & Support team in München. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a meaningful environment where you'll support clinical users and hospital IT departments working with medical software solutions.

You'll collaborate with experienced colleagues across Support and Development teams, building expertise while contributing to daily operations that directly impact patient care and medical decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests through the Service Desk, providing clear and reliable support to clinical users and hospital IT departments
• Reproduce and analyze technical issues by setting up test scenarios in internal environments
• Collaborate with Support and Development colleagues to explore and implement solution paths
• Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and learning materials to enable customer self-service
• Gain exposure to hospital workflows, clinical environments, and medical device technology

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong customer orientation with analytical thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Fluency in German (spoken and written) is required
• Good command of English for technical documentation and collaboration
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Ability to work flexible hours within a hybrid model in Germany
