Senior Product Manager (all genders) | B2C

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in their search for a Senior Product Manager to lead B2C product strategy and development. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely within Germany or from offices in Cologne, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, or Berlin.

Our client operates at significant scale in the European online marketplace space, and this position sits at the intersection of product innovation, AI-powered features, and customer experience optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for B2C products, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing to deliver high-quality digital experiences
• Design and ship LLM-powered product features from initial concept and prompt design through evaluation, quality monitoring, and continuous production iteration
• Drive experimentation culture by forming hypotheses, designing and executing A/B tests, and translating results into product decisions that increase customer engagement and conversion
• Define tracking concepts with analytics teams and leverage funnel and behavioral data to optimize product discovery, evaluation, and purchase flows
• Partner with UX designers and researchers to craft intuitive customer journeys, validate through user research and usability testing, and iterate rapidly
• Identify customer needs and pain points at scale using behavioral data, user research, and market trends to prioritize high-value opportunities
• Monitor AI and e-commerce trends to identify how emerging technologies can deliver customer value

What We're Looking For

• Builder mindset with proven ability to turn ideas into shipped products
• Track record of taking a product from zero to one, owning the full cycle from ideation through execution and delivery
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based features into consumer-facing products (not just using AI tools for personal productivity)
• Solid B2C product experience, ideally in e-commerce or another consumer product operating at scale
• Data-savvy and outcome-focused: comfortable designing and evaluating A/B tests, defining tracking frameworks, and deriving insights from quantitative data
• Customer-first mentality with strong UX intuition and ability to translate user research and pain points into actionable product decisions
• Motivated and empathetic communicator experienced in collaborating with software development teams and diverse stakeholders
• Thrives in fast-paced, pragmatic environments with fluent English skills (C1 level) and comfort working in international, remote settings
