(Senior) Account Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a senior account professional to lead client relationships and campaign delivery. In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships independently throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate client objectives and requirements into clear briefs, timelines, and actionable next steps for internal teams
• Plan and manage social media and advertising campaigns from kick-off through execution, analysis, and optimization
• Analyze performance data and provide strategic recommendations to clients based on campaign results
• Coordinate collaboration between creative, media buying, and external partner teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project priorities while maintaining quality standards and delivery speed
• Support new business development activities including qualifying leads, conducting initial client conversations, and contributing to proposal development

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or account management for digital marketing projects, ideally in an agency environment
• Strong familiarity with social advertising and performance marketing processes, with the ability to guide both teams and clients through complex projects
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and track timings, budgets, and project dependencies
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication style in both team and client-facing situations
• Proven ability to document requirements precisely and create actionable briefs for creative and media buying teams
• Hands-on mentality with strong initiative and sense of ownership
• Comfort with business development activities and building new client relationships
• Fluent German (C2 level) and very good English language skills required
