Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a Project Lead for Insurance Software in München. In this role, you will steer complex IT projects that deliver tangible value to the healthcare sector. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, translate requirements into technical solutions, and guide clients from planning through implementation. Your technical understanding and process optimization skills will help establish standards that reduce complexity and drive digital transformation forward.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading innovative IT projects focused on insurance software in the healthcare domain
• Managing cross-functional teams and coordinating project delivery
• Translating stakeholder requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Establishing standards and processes that simplify operations
• Driving digitalization initiatives with measurable impact
• Conducting on-site client meetings, particularly during implementation phases

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with:

• Proven experience in project management within insurance or healthcare IT environments
• Strong technical understanding of software development and implementation
• Ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams effectively
• Experience translating business requirements into technical deliverables
• Process optimization mindset and efficiency focus
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, including multi-day assignments
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
• Based in or willing to relocate to München or Stuttgart area

Work arrangement: Hybrid role based in München with flexible working. München-based candidates work on-site 2-3 days per week. Stuttgart-based candidates work primarily remote with monthly travel to München for 2-3 days of team collaboration. Project phases may require increased client site visits.
