About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential client in the mobility sector who is seeking a Customer Care Manager for their Bordeaux location. This is an excellent opportunity to lead customer service operations in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily rental operations and ensure smooth vehicle handover and return processes with the station team
- Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional customer journey at every touchpoint
- Support the Station Manager with staff planning and agent training initiatives
- Uphold quality standards, particularly in customer interaction and service delivery
- Act as a hands-on leader who is willing to perform operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed apprenticeship with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in car rental, tourism, or similar industries
- Strong service orientation and customer-focused mindset with a friendly, open personality
- Hands-on approach with excellent face-to-face communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and strong organizational talent
- Fluency in both English and French
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
