We are representing a confidential AI data services organization that is building a talent network of German-speaking contributors across Europe and select international markets. This is not an active vacancy—by expressing interest, you join a vetted community that receives invitations to flexible, remote AI training projects as they become available.

Our client works with leading technology companies to improve AI systems through human evaluation, annotation, and content creation. Contributors work on their own schedules and select projects that match their availability and interests.

Project Types You May Work On

Depending on skills and project availability, contributors may:

• Annotate or label text, images, or audio datasets to train machine learning models
• Evaluate search results, advertisements, or chatbot responses for quality and cultural relevance
• Create and test prompts to refine large language model performance
• Review content for linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness

Projects vary in duration from several days to multiple weeks. Before each assignment, you receive full details on scope, timeline, and compensation so you can make an informed decision about participation.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native fluency in German
• Currently based in Argentina, Austria, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, or the United Kingdom
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Comfortable using digital collaboration tools and online platforms
• Strong attention to detail and genuine curiosity about technology

How We Work with You
