(Senior) CRM Manager (f/m/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing food delivery company in Berlin that is transforming how people access healthy meals. Our client operates in the meal subscription space and has built a strong reputation with thousands of loyal customers. We are searching for a talented CRM professional to join their Marketing team and drive customer engagement and retention strategies.

This is a hands-on role where you will own the entire CRM roadmap, build sophisticated customer journeys, and work cross-functionally to optimize the customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing organization that values data-driven decision making and continuous experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop and optimize the CRM and lifecycle strategy across all customer touchpoints
• Build and scale customer journeys and marketing automations that drive engagement
• Own the CRM roadmap and advance personalization and segmentation capabilities
• Design and launch new CRM initiatives focused on retention, customer lifetime value, and loyalty
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams to enhance customer experience
• Establish a data-driven testing and experimentation culture within CRM operations
• Coordinate seamlessly across departments to align CRM strategy with broader marketing activities
