Contract & Operations Coordinator (m/w/d) im Bereich Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential energy infrastructure organization seeking a Contract & Operations Coordinator to support their Supply Chain Management team in München.

In this role, you will:

• Support the team with organizational and administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, alignments, and cross-functional initiatives
• Assist procurement throughout the complete contract lifecycle from initial drafting through internal approvals to signature and structured filing
• Review contracts for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, ensuring commercial and technical agreements are correctly reflected
• Cross-check contract contents against offers, negotiation outcomes, purchase orders, specifications, and other agreements to identify missing or deviating content
• Verify essential contract components including pricing, payment and delivery terms, scope of services, timelines, warranties, guarantees, liability, contract duration, and other agreed conditions
• Monitor contract terms, deadlines, milestones, and contractual obligations, proactively informing responsible stakeholders of required actions
• Support contract amendments and addendums while ensuring transparent versioning and complete contract documentation
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop standards, checklists, and processes for efficient and transparent contract management

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial training or apprenticeship, ideally with relevant further education
• Commercial and contract-related understanding with knowledge of typical procurement, ordering, and contract management processes
• Experience with ERP, DMS, and ECM systems preferred; proficiency in standard MS Office applications required
• Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Self-directed, structured, and responsible working style with the ability to maintain overview during short-notice requests and changing priorities
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail; ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information in documents and agreements
• Team-oriented with open and reliable communication; proactive with enthusiasm for coordinating diverse topics
