About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential food-tech client in Berlin Mitte who is expanding their retail footprint and looking for a driven working student to join their store growth team. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the face of the brand, directly engaging with customers and driving local expansion through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach pedestrians outside the store, introduce the brand with confidence and charm, and invite them inside to learn more
• Serve as a brand ambassador and sales advisor, creating memorable customer experiences through enthusiastic consultation and product knowledge
• Support daily store operations including cashier duties, merchandising, and ensuring products are well-presented and stocked
• Gather direct customer feedback and market insights to help refine the local retail strategy
• Drive foot traffic and contribute directly to local customer acquisition goals

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university (ideally in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Retail Management, but motivation matters most)
• Outgoing personality with absolutely no hesitation to approach and engage strangers in a friendly, professional manner
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to stay organized and focused even during busy periods
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a strong plus
• Previous experience in promotion, sales, hospitality, or retail is beneficial but not required
• Must have work authorization in Germany
