AI Consultant (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in Munich that specializes in enterprise AI implementations. Our talent team is seeking an experienced AI Consultant to support clients from initial requirements gathering through production deployment of GenAI solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects while maintaining work-life balance through flexible arrangements including remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from requirements analysis through concept development and implementation of GenAI projects
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures for enterprise applications
• Configure and operate MCP servers to support AI workflows
• Build AI workflows and orchestrate agent systems using tools such as n8n
• Advise clients on multi-LLM routing strategies and tooling decisions
• Integrate regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act) into project planning and execution
• Provide ongoing client support and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of consulting experience delivering enterprise GenAI projects
• Deep knowledge of RAG pipelines, MCP server configuration, and agent frameworks (such as n8n)
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI including GDPR and the EU AI Act
• Fluent German and good English language skills
• Proven ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions
