Account Manager Retail

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology company in Berlin that is scaling rapidly across European markets. Our client operates in the on-demand logistics space and works with thousands of retail and restaurant partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing commercial team and drive partner success.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster strong relationships with a portfolio of key retail partners
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities, and create forward-looking strategies
• Identify merchant needs and priorities, then co-create solutions that deliver measurable business impact
• Introduce new platform features and product opportunities to expand partnerships and increase revenue streams
• Drive revenue growth for both the platform and your partners through data-driven performance optimization
• Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams including operations, support, and marketing
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and partner performance
• Bring structure and hands-on contribution to a fast-moving, evolving environment

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of proven success in account management or B2B sales with demonstrated commercial impact
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using business intelligence tools such as Looker
• High degree of ownership and a collaborative, team-first attitude
• Ability to independently manage your pipeline while knowing when to seek guidance on complex challenges
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies is a plus
