Junior Campaign Manager, DACH

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential creative agency in Berlin seeking a Junior Campaign Manager focused on the DACH market. This is a remote role based in Berlin with flexibility to work from a centrally located office (minimum one day per week, typically Tuesdays for team collaboration).

In this community-facing position, you'll serve as the bridge between content creators and brand campaigns, managing the full lifecycle of creator partnerships from sourcing through post-campaign analysis. You'll work closely with an Associate Director to deliver exceptional campaign execution across social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet creators across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms, gathering demographics and performance data
• Manage end-to-end creator relationships including outreach, negotiations, onboarding, contracting, briefing, and feedback loops
• Develop compelling creator briefs that immerse talent into campaign strategies and lead daily communications throughout content development
• Review all creator content for compliance (ASA, IP), brand alignment, and quality standards; establish efficient feedback processes
• Create and maintain content posting schedules, monitor live posts for accuracy and sentiment, flag concerns proactively
• Support campaign success through consistent tracker updates, timeline management, budget oversight, data capture, and wrap reporting
• Coordinate product logistics for campaigns as needed
• Act as a cultural pulse point, consuming and presenting back social trends, platform innovations, and creator economy developments

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in project management and/or the creator/influencer landscape
• Native-level German speaker with fluent professional English (speaking and writing)
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills with a proactive, positive approach
• Genuine passion for social media, content creators, and digital culture
• Culturally in tune with finger on the pulse of new platforms, trends, and industry shifts
• Creative and curious mindset with a pioneering, can-do attitude
• Appreciation for exceptional creative work and brand storytelling
• Team player comfortable in collaborative, flexible environments that value results over rigid hierarchy
• Thrives in fast-paced settings with excellent customer service orientation
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers, budgets, and performance metrics
• Must be located in Berlin and open to occasional office attendance
