About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization at the intersection of tax compliance, financial services, and digital technology. Our client serves tax advisory firms and their corporate clients with integrated software solutions. This is a 100% remote Customer Success Manager role based in Germany, ideal for a support professional who wants to work with tax professionals and grow within a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer support to tax advisory firms and their clients via email, phone, and digital support channels
• Answer product questions related to digital financial and tax processes, working collaboratively to find optimal solutions
• Analyze and document support requests in a structured, traceable manner
• Identify recurring issues and provide valuable feedback to product and development teams
• Support optimization of support processes to continuously improve service quality
• Collaborate closely with other departments to enhance customer communication strategies

What We're Looking For

• Initial experience in customer support; knowledge of the tax advisory market is a strong plus
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Friendly, confident, and solution-oriented communication style
• Enthusiasm for learning new digital products and understanding technical relationships
• Structured, self-motivated, and independent working style
• Fluent German language skills (required for this role)
