Junior Projektmanager:in (gn) – Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social media agency in Berlin, and our talent team is seeking a Junior Project Manager to coordinate influencer marketing campaigns. In this role, you will:

• Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including timeline coordination, budget oversight, and quality assurance
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders including influencers, clients, creative teams, production units, and paid social teams
• Collaborate with creative teams on campaign concept development
• Plan and oversee photo and video production shoots
• Support events featuring prominent content creators
• Prepare campaign analyses, client presentations, and performance reports for influencer and social media initiatives
• Provide strategic consultation to clients on social media and influencer strategies

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with proven professional experience, ideally in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated passion for social media with hands-on influencer marketing experience
• Strong proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
• Deep understanding of the creator ecosystem and influencer landscape
• Excellent consulting and moderation skills with the ability to manage client relationships
• Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
