Social Media & Brand Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confident natural food brand in the Goldbach area seeking an experienced Social Media & Brand Manager to take ownership of their digital presence.

In this role, you will independently manage social media strategy and execution to increase brand awareness and engagement. Your day-to-day will include:

• Developing and implementing social media strategy across key platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing Reels, Stories, posts and other content formats
• Storytelling around products, leadership, team culture, and daily operations
• Producing content in-office, at client locations, and during events
• Planning and coordinating collaborations and photo/video shoots
• Maintaining consistent brand communication and visual identity
• Identifying trends, testing new formats, and bringing creative ideas to life
• Community management and analytics reporting on social media performance

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who can hit the ground running with:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong proficiency with Instagram and LinkedIn
• Hands-on experience creating and editing video content, particularly Reels
• Creativity and strong instincts for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Self-starter mentality—you see opportunities, take initiative, and execute independently
• Analytical mindset to test, measure, learn, and continuously improve
• Strong understanding of brand voice and marketing communication
• Organized, structured approach to work
• Based in or near Aschaffenburg with willingness to travel occasionally to client sites

This is a hybrid position requiring regular office presence along with occasional travel for content creation and events.
