About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in our Woodland Park location, supporting store operations and contributing to our team's success. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates and warehouse staff
• Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
• Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-maintained throughout the store
• Assist customers and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor sales performance, adjust staffing levels, and implement strategies to meet store goals
• Conduct employee training on product knowledge, customer service, and company policies

• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
