Branch Manager – Summit Mountains

WF is hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations across 3 Summit Mountains locations. This full-time role offers the opportunity to build and mentor a high-performing team while delivering exceptional service to our customers in Colorado's mountain communities.

What This Role Involves

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of branch operations, from daily customer service to strategic planning and financial performance. You'll be the face of WF in your community, responsible for creating a welcoming environment where customers feel confident and supported. Your leadership will set the tone for how your team engages with clients, handles complex transactions, and upholds the standards that define our organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your branch team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through direct relationships and by empowering staff to solve problems effectively
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and work toward revenue targets across all product lines
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and risk management procedures
• Oversee daily operations including cash management, scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance
• Conduct training sessions and performance reviews to support employee development and engagement
• Build community partnerships and represent WF in local business networks
