Join Delivery Hero as a Finance Reporting and Operations Analyst, working remotely while supporting our operations in Tbilisi, GE. This is a contract position where you'll drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency across our regional teams.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented Finance Reporting and Operations Analyst to join our finance team. In this role, you'll manage financial reporting processes, analyze operational data, and ensure accurate, timely delivery of financial information to stakeholders. As a Finance Reporting and Operations Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our financial operations, working on both strategic reporting initiatives and day-to-day operational tasks that keep our Tbilisi region running smoothly. This remote contract position offers flexibility while you contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using company systems and databases
• Coordinate with operational teams to gather, verify, and consolidate financial data
• Analyze financial statements and operational metrics to identify trends and discrepancies
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing procedures and reconciliation processes
• Assist in budget forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning initiatives
• Document financial processes and create process improvement recommendations
• Communicate findings and insights to finance leadership and business partners

Who We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and database systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Understanding of financial reporting principles and operational metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in finance, accounting, operations, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
