Coordinator Sales – Local Shops – UAE National

Join Delivery Hero as a Sales Coordinator for our growing local shops and restaurants network across Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, AE, designed for UAE Nationals who are passionate about driving commercial success for independent food and beverage merchants.

What This Role Involves

As a Sales Coordinator at Delivery Hero, you'll be the connector between our local merchant partners and our platform, supporting their growth whilst building lasting relationships. You'll coordinate sales activities, manage partner communications, and help onboard new restaurant and shop owners onto our delivery ecosystem across the Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales outreach to independent restaurants, cafés, and food shops across Dubai and surrounding areas
• Support the onboarding process for new merchant partners, ensuring smooth integration onto the Delivery Hero platform
• Manage day-to-day communication with existing local shop partners, addressing their queries and concerns
• Prepare and present platform benefits, pricing structures, and promotional opportunities to potential partners
• Track sales activities, merchant performance, and pipeline data using internal systems
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop localised sales strategies for the UAE market
• Identify growth opportunities within your assigned merchant territory and report insights to management

Skills & Qualifications

• UAE National with valid Emirates ID
• Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or merchant relations (2+ years preferred)
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools or similar sales platforms
• Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with restaurant and shop owners
• Knowledge of the Dubai food and beverage sector is a plus
• Willingness to travel across Dubai to visit merchant partners
