Manager, External Reporting

Delivery Hero seeks a Manager of External Reporting to lead financial disclosure and regulatory compliance efforts from its Taguig, Philippines office. This full-time position sits within the Finance function, overseeing external financial reporting, regulatory filings, and stakeholder communication.

Position Summary

The Manager, External Reporting will direct the preparation and management of regulatory financial statements, SEC and stock exchange filings, and investor-facing disclosures. You will ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all external financial reports while maintaining compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. This role coordinates across finance, legal, and business units to gather data, reconcile disclosures, and communicate financial performance transparently to stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and submission of external financial statements and regulatory filings
• Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards, local accounting regulations, and stock exchange requirements
• Coordinate with internal audit, external auditors, and regulatory authorities on reporting matters
• Develop and maintain controls over the financial reporting process
• Consolidate financial data from multiple operating units and geographic jurisdictions
• Prepare and review investor communications, earnings announcements, and disclosure documents
• Reconcile and validate financial information for accuracy before external release
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt reporting processes to reflect new requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 5+ years of professional experience in financial reporting, audit, or regulatory compliance
• Deep expertise in IFRS and Philippines financial reporting standards
• Demonstrated experience preparing external financial statements and managing regulatory filings
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting systems and financial reporting software
• Strong analytical capability and precision in managing complex financial data
• Excellent written and oral communication for diverse audiences
• Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and meet strict regulatory deadlines
