Role Overview

As a Product Management Specialist at Diablo Tools, you'll own the full product lifecycle for our industry-leading power tools and accessories portfolio. You'll analyze market opportunities, define product strategies, and collaborate across functions to bring innovative solutions to professional contractors and serious DIY enthusiasts. This role bridges business strategy, customer insight, and operational execution—all critical to Diablo's position as a trusted leader in the power tools market near Atlanta and beyond.

Core Duties

• Develop and refine product strategies aligned with market demand and Bosch Group objectives
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to execute product roadmaps
• Define product requirements, positioning, and go-to-market plans
• Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of product management, product marketing, or business development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with power tools, industrial products, or B2B markets is a plus
