Position Summary

As a Key Account Manager, you'll own the complete relationship lifecycle with our key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue expansion, and ensuring customer success. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, leveraging deep product knowledge and industry expertise to deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned key accounts to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Develop account strategies and business plans aligned with client objectives and Bosch Group goals
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategic expansion initiatives
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand evolving needs, provide product updates, and resolve concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, support) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, performance reviews, and business cases to senior client stakeholders
  • Track account metrics, forecast pipeline, and report performance against targets
  • Represent Bosch Group professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in key account management, enterprise sales, or similar B2B sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking capability and experience developing account growth strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages a plus)
  • Travel willingness as needed to meet client requirements
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
