Role Overview
As Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits, you'll own the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of programs that support organizational talent goals. Working alongside human resources leadership and key stakeholders across the business, you'll ensure our compensation structure and benefits offerings remain competitive, aligned with market conditions, and instrumental in attracting and keeping top performers.
What You'll Do
- Design and administer compensation programs, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Conduct salary and benefits analyses using market data and organizational benchmarks
- Develop and implement benefits strategies that align with business objectives and employee needs
- Collaborate with HR leadership and department managers to support recruitment and retention initiatives
