Quality Auditor (2nd Shift)

Bosch Group is hiring a Quality Auditor for our second shift team at our manufacturing facility in West Memphis, AR, US. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be the quality champion that keeps our operations running at the highest standards.

Position Summary

As a Quality Auditor on the 2nd shift at Bosch Group in West Memphis, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough audits of manufacturing processes, production operations, and quality control measures. Your work ensures we consistently meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards. Working in this hands-on role, you'll identify gaps, document findings, and drive improvements that protect Bosch Group's reputation for excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic quality audits of production lines, workstations, and support areas during 2nd shift
• Inspect materials, components, and finished products against established quality specifications
• Review manufacturing records, test data, and compliance documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Document audit results, identify non-conformances, and report findings to quality management
• Work with production supervisors and operators to develop corrective actions and prevent recurrence
• Maintain detailed audit records, photographs, and evidence for regulatory and quality system files
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects throughout the facility

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or some college preferred
• 1–2 years of quality assurance, manufacturing inspection, or auditing experience
• Solid understanding of quality standards and manufacturing best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills for documenting and presenting audit findings
• Ability to work 2nd shift, Monday through Friday or rotating schedule as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to support a safety-first culture
