The Opportunity
We're developing the technical foundation for the Metaverse and NFT ecosystem. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll take ownership of complete project solutions—from frontend interfaces to backend infrastructure—whilst partnering closely with product and design teams who actively value your contributions. You'll receive competitive remuneration of 50–55K annually and gain direct exposure to emerging blockchain technologies and Web3 implementation practices.
Your Responsibilities
- Build client-side applications using React.js to create engaging user experiences for Web3 platforms
- Develop and maintain backend systems for NFT minting functionality and marketplace platforms
- Optimise web applications for performance and responsiveness across all device types—desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Design and build reusable component libraries to improve development efficiency
- Work within sprint cycles, collaborating with product managers and designers to deliver integrated solutions
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years' professional experience developing production JavaScript applications
- Solid foundation in modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, and Node.js
- Working knowledge of React.js and state management patterns (Redux, Flux, or similar)
- Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and Web3 tooling such as Ethers.js, Web3.js, Truffle, or Hardhat
- Track record of delivering maintainable, production-ready code
- Desirable: Linux system administration, DevOps practices (GitHub Actions), Solidity smart contract development, or Web3 platforms such as Moralis
