Princeton10 is seeking a full-time Account Supervisor to drive pharmaceutical client success across the United States. In this role, you'll lead strategic client relationships, oversee marketing campaign execution, and serve as the trusted liaison between clients and our internal delivery teams to ensure measurable business results.

About the Role

As Account Supervisor at Princeton10, you'll take ownership of client accounts from strategy through execution. You'll develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, therapeutic focus areas, and product strategies within the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring successful campaign delivery while proactively identifying opportunities to expand account value. You'll coordinate closely with project management and cross-functional teams to align client expectations with deliverables. Travel to client sites will be required up to 20% of the time. This position reports to the Senior Director of Client Services.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with assigned pharmaceutical clients, serving as their main contact for all account matters.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with clients and internal teams, informed by industry expertise and market dynamics.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) and direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing campaigns while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Manage account financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams to deliver campaigns on schedule and within scope, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify and communicate growth opportunities and strategic recommendations to expand existing accounts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4–8 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing and advertising, specifically managing HCP and/or DTC campaign development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in pharmaceutical regulatory compliance, medical/legal review (MLR) processes, and submissions in the United States and/or Canada.
  • Successful track record managing complex client relationships and driving measurable marketing outcomes and account growth.
  • Experience managing new product launches and regulatory label updates is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
