About the Role

We are recruiting a Junior E-Commerce Executive for our client's rapidly expanding digital team in Grangetown. You will work within a collaborative environment that values initiative and attention to detail, contributing to the success of their online marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in e-commerce operations whilst developing your professional skills in a supportive setting.

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm with an early finish at 1:30pm on Fridays, this role balances productivity with work-life harmony. You'll benefit from on-site parking, social events that foster team cohesion, and the flexibility to work hybrid when agreed with your manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the e-commerce platform
• Support daily order processing and fulfillment activities
• Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain detailed administrative records
• Provide support to the customer service team on e-commerce enquiries
• Contribute to website optimisation and digital marketing initiatives
• Monitor e-commerce analytics and report on key performance metrics
