About the Role
You'll manage night shift operations at Adecco, ensuring your warehouse team delivers consistent productivity, maintains the highest food safety standards, and achieves daily quality benchmarks. Working independently during off-hours, you'll be the operations leader your team counts on and the point of contact for urgent decisions until day shift arrives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift warehouse and food production staff; assign tasks and track completion
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and quality control standards
- Optimize warehouse workflows, inventory movements, and production schedules
- Monitor team safety and performance; provide coaching and address concerns in real time
- Log operational metrics, incident reports, and handoff notes for morning management
- Respond to equipment issues, production delays, and staffing challenges independently
What You Bring
- Hands-on supervisory background in warehouse, manufacturing, or food production
- Solid understanding of food safety compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Comfort working night shift hours (3:00 AM–11:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday)
- Experience with warehouse management systems or inventory software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
