Senior Manager, Marketing Procurement (All Genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food-tech organization seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Procurement to oversee strategic sourcing and contracting across diverse marketing categories. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketing sourcing activities including supplier market mapping, RFx execution, negotiation, and contract award for high-value projects across global and regional markets.

In this role, you will develop category strategies for various marketing spend areas such as offline media, online media, influencer marketing, sponsorships, and retail media. You will create and execute sourcing roadmaps with stakeholders across headquarters and regional markets to deliver P&L savings and procurement value. Building and optimizing the supplier portfolio across multiple markets will be a key focus, as will cultivating close relationships with senior business partners within the marketing function to support their objectives and company growth.

You will also lead the implementation of best-in-class procurement processes and tools, supporting initiatives to increase the maturity level of procurement systems and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing procurement or in marketing with a commercial focus
• Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology, category management, and supplier management
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Proven track record of taking ownership: identifying problems early and driving resolution independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and reports for senior audiences
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and credibility with business partners at different levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
• Fluent business English required
