Projektmanager (m/w/d) Wegerecht und Flächensicherung – Erneuerbare Energien

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Project Manager for Land Rights and Area Acquisition. In this role, you will:

• Oversee the coordination and monitoring of all land acquisition and right-of-way procedures across multiple renewable energy projects
• Collaborate closely with field acquisition teams and internal departments including legal, project development, and permitting
• Support and ensure quality control of contract negotiations for lease agreements, easements, and right-of-way contracts
• Develop project plans, status reports, and KPI reporting for senior management
• Maintain the land registry and manage critical deadlines for options, terms, and renewals
• Serve as liaison with notaries, government authorities, and land registry offices

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in industrial engineering with project management focus, civil engineering, energy and environmental technology, or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in project management—ideally in land acquisition or the energy sector
• Knowledge of land registry, property law, or contract law is advantageous
• Proficient use of project management and document management systems
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and structured work approach
• GIS knowledge (QGIS, ArcGIS) is desirable
• German language proficiency required for this position based in Molbergen
