Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services firm in the Nackenheim area that is transforming how they deliver client services through digitalization and IT process optimization. In this role, you will drive meaningful change at the intersection of technology and core business operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading diverse DATEV and AI-related projects that enhance how the firm leverages existing software platforms
• Managing the complete change process when new tools and technologies are introduced, from evaluation through implementation
• Working independently to advance digitalization initiatives that will shape the firm's future infrastructure
• Serving as the bridge between IT systems and business processes, ensuring technology supports strategic goals
• Researching and recommending solutions as the regulatory landscape and client needs evolve

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Fachassistent Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (FAIT) certification or similar IT/digitalization qualification
• Alternatively: Steuerfachangestellter or Steuerfachwirt background with demonstrated IT and AI expertise
• Strong proficiency with DATEV applications and workflows
• Self-motivated approach to taking ownership of projects and learning new subject matter
• Mindset that views challenges as opportunities for professional and personal growth
• Collaborative team player who contributes to a positive work culture
• Solid English skills in writing and speaking (desirable but not mandatory)
