About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading content production agency in the fashion and lifestyle sector, serving major European brands. Our client operates a large-scale studio facility in Bremen and is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join their marketing team.

This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile fashion and lifestyle brands while managing social media strategy across multiple platforms. You'll have creative freedom to develop innovative content concepts and drive measurable growth for the agency's own channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage editorial calendars for Meta and LinkedIn channels
• Pitch and execute innovative, creative content concepts independently across all social platforms
• Monitor and quickly respond to current industry trends, implementing them on company accounts
• Manage content across META, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create content hands-on and develop briefings for the marketing team
• Analyze key performance indicators regularly to ensure growth and identify top-performing content for each channel
• Manage community engagement and continuously optimize external communication
• Execute paid campaigns on META and LinkedIn

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Social Media Manager for brand accounts in fashion and lifestyle
• A proactive problem-solver who sees opportunities in daily social media challenges
• Expertise in image, text, and video content—able to both create and evaluate content quality
• Digital proficiency with common social media tools (Meta, InShot, Canva) and willingness to continuously learn new platforms and AI tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently answer questions using KPIs and present findings clearly
• Creative mindset combined with highly structured working style
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build relationships with potential partners at events
• Very good German and English language skills
