Werkstudent:in Kundensupport & Social Media (M/W/D)

Responsibilities

We are representing a leading mobile health and wellness application with a global user base. Our client is seeking a working student (15–20 hours per week) to support their customer service, community management, and social media marketing efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer inquiries via email and social media channels
• Community management across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Supporting the planning and scheduling of social media postings
• Creating social media content (static posts, videos) with AI support where applicable
• Maintaining marketing metrics and performance data
• Assisting with pipeline management for creator and influencer partnerships
• Opportunity to take on additional projects based on interest and business needs

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Current enrollment at a German university with at least 3 semesters remaining
• Residence in Germany
• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Genuine interest in nutrition, health, and lifestyle topics
• Strong empathy, reliability, and ability to work independently
• Prior experience with social media management and customer support is preferred
• Willingness to occasionally work on weekends is a plus
