Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in München. In this Product Designer role, you will:
- Design screens, user flows, and interactions for mobile and web applications focused on workplace wellness and preventive health
- Translate product requirements and business logic into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Create precise designs and specifications that serve as input for AI-supported, agile product development workflows
- Evolve and maintain the design language and design system
- Validate concepts through user feedback and iterate on designs based on insights
- Collaborate closely with product leadership and engineering teams
- Contribute ideas to shape the direction and evolution of digital products
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in product design and UX/UI for digital applications
- A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful user flows and polished UI craft; proficiency in Figma is required
- Ability to quickly understand complex business contexts and assess which solutions best achieve desired outcomes
- Familiarity with modern AI-assisted workflows in product design
- Interest in health, prevention, and healthy lifestyle topics
- Strong communication skills, self-direction, and structured working style
- Experience working effectively in small, motivated teams
- Fluency in both German and English
