AI Product Manager (m/f/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client in Berlin that is transforming how professional services firms leverage artificial intelligence. Our talent team is searching for an experienced AI Product Manager to join their fast-moving product organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has shipped real AI-powered products and understands the unique challenges of building with LLMs and agentic systems. You'll work directly with engineering, design, and end users to discover, define, and deliver products that solve meaningful problems in document-intensive workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of AI-powered product features from concept through launch
• Conduct weekly customer conversations to identify pain points and validate solutions
• Rapidly prototype ideas using modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude, v0) to test concepts before full engineering cycles
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design throughout the entire build process
• Translate AI capabilities and limitations into practical product decisions, determining what to build now versus what requires more maturity
• Create clear documentation including PRDs, user stories, and product specifications
• Establish evaluation frameworks and quality standards for AI-powered features
• Own key product areas and become the subject matter expert for specific tools or workflows

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in product management roles
• Proven track record shipping B2B SaaS products with paying customers
• Daily user of LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI tooling with strong intuition for current capabilities and limitations
• Experience shipping at least one AI-powered feature or product, demonstrating understanding of unique challenges like evaluation frameworks, latency optimization, hallucination mitigation, and trust-building UX
• Deep customer empathy with ability to immerse yourself in context to understand true user needs
• Comfortable operating in early-stage startup environments with high autonomy, ambiguity, and velocity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Authorization to work in Germany

Bonus qualifications:

• Founder experience or significant AI side projects you've shipped
• Ability to read code, write scripts, or fine-tune prompts independently
• Background in audit, compliance, legal, or other document-heavy professional services domains
