Product Manager

About This Role

We are representing a well-funded Series A technology company in Berlin that is building analytics software in an emerging category. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a Product Manager to take ownership of new product areas from concept through launch.

This is a hands-on role where you'll define problems, work directly with customers and leadership, and ship AI-powered features at scale. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, operate with minimal direction, and set a high bar for both functionality and design quality.

Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration
• Define product strategy for new features in a rapidly evolving space, working closely with founders and customers
• Conduct thorough problem exploration before narrowing to solutions, maintaining discipline against pressure for quick answers
• Collaborate with Data, Engineering, and Design teams to build and ship features at scale
• Establish and maintain high standards for product quality, aesthetics, and user experience
• Manage customer relationships for your product area, including discovery calls, onboarding sessions, and user research
• Drive product-led growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years building software products, ideally in startup or fast-moving environments
• Track record of shipping new products (not just iterating on existing ones) with demonstrable results
• Experience shipping AI-powered products and systems at scale
• Strong design judgment and attention to how products look and feel
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and data scientists as peers
• Product-led growth experience
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous areas and emerge with clear direction
• Willingness to work from the Berlin office five days per week

Bonus qualifications:

• Design background or portfolio of personal design work
• Founder experience
• Computer Science or technical degree
• Previous experience building AI-driven or search-related products

Pay

The client offers €100,000–€130,000 base salary plus equity compensation. Full details will be shared during the screening process.

Location: Berlin, Germany (on-site, five days per week)
