Produktionstechniker in der Pharmaindustrie (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Leipzig seeking a Production Technician to join their operations team. In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintain various packaging lines and equipment for solid, semi-solid, and liquid products
• Set up, configure, and operate production machinery according to specifications
• Plan and execute maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document equipment malfunctions and disruptions
• Complete technical production documentation in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations
• Ensure adherence to GMP standards throughout all production processes
• Participate in process optimization initiatives
• Support planning and execution of qualification activities
• Contribute to project work and line approvals
• Operate packaging machines for various product formats
• Participate in line acceptance testing and release procedures

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical vocational training, ideally as Plant Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Machine and Equipment Operator
• Professional experience working with technical equipment, particularly packaging lines
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics
• Experience in pharmaceutical production is desirable
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Reliable, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Flexibility, team collaboration skills, and conflict resolution abilities
• Willingness to work in shift systems, primarily two-shift operations (Monday through Friday)
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
